Arrival at Zabin Pines Resort

Our journey began early in the morning, departing from Manila. The drive to Zabin Pines took approximately four hours. We immediately booked for one of their Nipa Rooms. It costs Php 4,000 per night, which is good for 4 pax already.

Upon checking into a cozy cabin, I felt an immediate sense of peace. The accommodations were rustic yet comfortable, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings. After settling in, I took a leisurely stroll to explore the area. The sound of rustling leaves and distant bird calls created a soothing soundtrack, setting the tone for the rest of my stay.

The beach

Late in the afternoon, we made our way to the beach. There were already people at the beach by that time. We didn’t waste time and plunged into the water as we waited for the sun to set. We did enjoy our time here. The tranquil surroundings and the gentle breeze made it a perfect spot for unwinding.

As for the beach activities – swimming, sunbathing, and beach volleyball are common. Water sports such as snorkeling, kayaking, and paddleboarding might also be available.

Bar Restaurant

You can bring your own food and pay Php 100 each for the corkage fee. For us, we just eat at their restaurant. Their on-site restaurant served us breakfast in the morning and we got hotsilog. The warm hospitality of the staff made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

Surroundings of the resort

The natural beauty of Zabin Pines is a photographer’s dream. From the golden hues of sunrise to the misty evenings, every moment offered a unique photo opportunity.

As my time in Zabin Pines came to an end, I felt a mix of gratitude and reluctance to leave. The beauty and serenity of this place had left a lasting impression on me. Packing up, I took one last walk among the pines, savoring the peaceful atmosphere.
