Thailand Flight Preparations Guide 2025: Documents, Arrival Card, Tours & Travel Tips

When my sister May and I joined our friends for a 4-day trip to Thailand, the excitement was real! 🇹🇭 It was our first time, so I wanted to be extra prepared for immigration, flights, and entry requirements. If you’re planning your own trip, here’s a simple checklist to make sure you’re ready.

📑 Documents Needed to Prepare

Before anything else, secure these documents:

  • Printed Flight Itinerary – immigration officers sometimes ask for these.
  • Hotel Booking – immigration officers sometimes ask for these.
  • Return Ticket – to show you’re not overstaying.
  • COE – proof that you are employed here in the Philippines
  • Printed Klook Tour bookings – to show that your are not going there to work

Additional:

  • Payslip – 3 months
  • Bank Certificate
  • Bank Statement
  • ITR
  • Leave Form

👯 Rules of Travelling in a Group

Since I traveled with friends, here are a few lessons we learned:

  • Respect Each Other’s TIME – to avoid delays.
  • Respect Each Other’s Budget – settle or return money before the day ends
  • Split into Smaller Groups if Needed – not everyone has the same pace or interest.

👉 Preparing ahead really made our Thailand trip smooth and stress-free. Hopefully, this checklist helps you too!
