Selah Pods Hotel
Last week, me and my sister went to Pasay to have that much-needed relaxing staycation after a week of full workloads and overtime. While browsing through an online booking platform listings, I found a Selah Pods Hotel that matches our budget with a great city view and a nice pool.

Selah Pods Hotel in Pasay City is a place where you can embrace that rest day feeling. Your own little oasis where you can recharge and free yourself from stress – be it from work or other stuff. A place to unwind without breaking your bank account and leaving the city. Oh, it’s cute in appearance, as well as in size so you are allowed to take it literally.

We booked a room online. The rooms are quite small but because the design is so cute, they made it look good. All rooms have air conditioning, a fridge, a flat-screen TV, a hair dryer, a kettle, and a private bathroom.
Selah Pods Hotel’s Deluxe Twin Room with View
Complete with bath items as well as towels and complimentary indoor slippers — this room has everything you would be needing for a comfortable stay.

The room is classy yet minimalist. With the white and cream color combination, it kinda creates a warm look and at the same time relaxing to the eyes. The room is not the most spacious one, just enough for its capacity.
Selah Pods Hotel’s Amenities

The infinity swimming pool is located on the 11th floor. The view from the pool is amazing, especially at night. Please be reminded that they are strict with the swimming attire. It’s crowded too, we only got the chance to take this photo because we woke up pretty early the next day of our stay.
Just beside the swimming pool is the hotel bar and restaurant with a TV.

The hotel’s interior design is perfect for those who wanted to take photos.
They have a breakfast buffet but you will need to pay an additional 320 Php per person. There are also available stores outside the hotel if you’re looking for a different kind of food.

Review
- Selah Pods Hotel is near the airport so it’s perfect for those whose looking for a stay and catch the flight the next day.
- The area is clean and well-maintained.
- I will recommend this to others who are looking for an IG-perfect place.
- There’s only one thing that I am disappointed about. It’s how they manage the check-in process. We were supposed to check in by 3 PM but we got the room at 5:30 PM. We waited for so long in the lobby. They weren’t able to anticipate the number of customers, because there are a lot of us waiting to check in. I don’t know what happened really. Every time we ask for updates, we were just told to wait. I hope they won’t accept so many bookings if they can no longer accommodate them.
Overall, if you want to just relax and spice-up your IG feed, this hotel is recommended for you. We definitely had a comfortable stay in our room and fun photo-ops! But don’t set high expectations about the service and common facilities.
