Riverfront Garden Resort in Maragondon Cavite – Itinerary

Riverfront Garden Resort

Riverfront Garden Resort in Maragondon Cavite is one of the better places to leave the metro, even for a few hours to get yourself a quiet relaxation.

I’d like to thank our friend Jeysen for inviting me and my sister to his birthday celebration. I actually forgot to ask how they came up with the idea of celebrating his birthday in this resort in Cavite or how did they even find this place. Nevertheless, it’s a great choice.

Riverfront Garden Resort

A place of tranquility and worry-free environment, away from the cities and farther from the suburbs. Experience the natural soft chill winds that blow softly with ambiance music. Perfect for those who seek comfort, refocusing on the good vibes and regenerating the energies from within.

How to go to Riverfront Garden Resort?

We left Manila at around 11 AM on the morning of Sunday. We wanted a less crowded day, so we opted for a Sun-Mon schedule. From PITX, we took a bus going to Maragondon/Ternate. The fare is 83 pesos each. Then, we told the driver to drop us at P.U.P. From P.U.P., we rode a tricycle going to the resort. The fare is 40 pesos each or 150 for the special trip.

What to Expect?

The road on the way from Ternate is rocky and narrow. It’s a little bumpy ride. At the entrance of the resort, a staff assisted us with the check-in process. Then after that, we passed by this beautiful pathway. The vibe here is chill and relaxing.

Sorry for monay face😂

We booked a deluxe room that can accommodate 5 people. But there are also other options for smaller groups and for those who wanted a day tour only. Below is a picture of me and the birthday girl – oopps I mean birthday boy in front of our room.

After we settled our stuff in our room, we then explore the area. What I like about the place is its nature-romantic feel. We were surrounded by trees – a lot of trees actually. They don’t have WiFi too. So, it’s really a disconnect to the real world if you can control yourself not to use your cellular data.

For those who wanted a day tour, they can use these cottages in front of the main pool. We had a great time in their pool overlooking the lake, and enjoying the serenity of nature surrounding us.

Here are the looks of some rooms available, I bet these are for couples. I think… some sort of glamping. 😍They have rooms like this with air-con and without.

A lot of insta-worthy spots inside the resort. They also have this Bali-inspired swing and a big nest.

For those, who wanted to visit this resort, here are their rates. You can contact them for a reservation if you wanted to stay overnight. I also included the prices of the food available in their restaurant. Unfortunately, they have a corkage fee of 400-450 pesos if you want to bring your own food.

Find them on Facebook or check out their website for details.

How nice it is to experience these few hours of solitude with a cup of coffee.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay after long months of being stuck at home. We were able to have a nature adventure as we needed to get away from Manila for a while. We had an amazing stay with a beautiful ambiance.
