I’m currently here at Coffee Blanc, chilling and resting my sore feet from walking around the Greenfield district. I am writing my thoughts as we wait for our order. Which is not a big deal, I don’t mind waiting because the place is so aesthetic and pleasing to the eye. It has 3 floors and we are currently on the 2nd floor overlooking the counter and the entrance.
Coffee Blanc is a relatively new cafe here in Mandaluyong. Owned by the influencer named Lharby Policarpio – @iamlarbs on his social media accounts. It is a 6-minute walk from Shaw MRT Station and is marked on google maps and Waze. It is so easy to find, you can basically navigate your way going in this cafe.
Nowadays, I noticed that I am really into this kind of theme – very minimalist with a white and black scheme. That’s why this cafe draws my attention. We weren’t supposed to visit here in the first place. We initially were just looking for a stop to rest for a while and have a snack. And I’m so glad we did stop here. The aroma of the coffee as we go inside is so amazing and look at these small white stones on the first floor. So pretty. This cafe reminded be of Arabica Cafe in Singapore – very same vibe.
COFFEE BLANC Menu
I usually order Caramel Macchiato my go-to drink whenever I go to a coffee shop. But this time I ordered SALTED WHITE CHOCOLATE CLOUD FOAM (Small: Php190 / Medium: Php210) which is their best-seller.
We also ordered VANILLA LATTE (Small: Php190 / Medium: Php210), TRUFFLE CREAM PASTA (Php360), and ALMOND CREME (Php150).
Here is their complete menu with pictures. Their coffee-based drinks are legit. It tastes good. I want to try the Hibiscus tea when I come back.
Their pasta serving is good for one pax only but it’s delicious.
