BTS announced last Wednesday (Aug. 12) that they will be having both an online and offline concert titled “MAP OF THE SOUL ON:E.” which is according to a press release from Big Hit Entertainment it “signifies a ONE and only ‘ONline Edition’ concert.” The event will be held on Oct. 10 and 11.
BTS’s ‘Map of the Soul ON:E’ will be in-person and online
There will be limited seating available for the offline performance to abide by the South Korean government’s concert seat distancing guidelines in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. And for the fans who can’t go to the concert live here’s the guidelines for the online concert.

Product information:
BTS GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB ARMY MEMBERSHIP (“Membership”) holders will be given 10,000 won worth of Weverse Shop Cash per account with your purchase of HD multi view products. (A maximum of 10,000 won cash will be given even if one account holder purchases two or more multi view or exhibition packages.)
Membership benefits are available only to those who still hold their Membership at the time of booking the ticket and making payment for this concert, as well as on the day of the concert. Please check your Membership expiration date to avoid any possible issues.

The online exhibition can be viewed after live streaming has ended beginning from October 13 (Tue) 12:00 (KST) for 24 hours from the time of entering the virtual exhibition space, regardless of access history.

MOS ON:E will be live online streaming events. Exact starting times are subject to change depending on the circumstances on site.
<Viewing Guide>
-Live streaming is only available through the link to the multi-view live streaming page provided on Weverse Shop after the purchase and after logging in with your Weverse Shop account.
– Live streaming is available after logging in on the multi-view live streaming page and entering a nickname to use in the live chat.
– A total of six multi-view screens will be provided for an even more vibrant concert experience.
– How to view in 4K: For customers who purchased tickets including “4K Single View + Multi-view,” go to the player page before the concert and click the “4K VIEW” button on the top center to enjoy the concert in 4K resolution.
For customers who purchased the ticket above, click on the “MULTIVIEW” button on the right side of the “4K VIEW” button to enjoy the multi-view in HD-quality resolution.
4K resolution will be best experienced by watching on a larger screen by connecting your mobile device to a TV or monitor via HDMI cable, Chromecast or AirPlay.

Number of devices: Up to two devices can be logged on at the same time. When a third device is logged on, the first device will be logged out automatically.
Please make sure you have access to internet speeds of 20Mbps or higher for best connection. When using a public line, connection may not be stable even if the speed is 20Mbps or higher. (4K resolution is only available at connection speeds of 30Mbps or higher.)
Data usage may increase when streaming with 3G/LTE.
Video resolution option is not available on iOS, and will be set to AUTO depending on the network connection speed and stability.
